Any ideas what is going on?

Since you are just coming off of the pill, your periods will most likely be irregular, they were for me. The bleeding could be caused by your hormones, (from stopping the pill) or it could be an implantation bleed, but just too early to test.. Maybe try waiting a week and testing again?
