Can I take my spouse's name off of my car?

I bought this car back in July 2006 and I had to put my wife's name as a co-signer on the loan application to get the best interest rate. Now my wife's name is on the paperwork as a co-owner, she's never paid any of my car payments, we've been separated for couple of months and we're heading toward divorce. Is there a way to take her name off of my car paperwork?
