My Uterine lining is thick and my uterus is bleeding, im also bloated (10 days after ) am I pregnant?

Last week I had a cervial biopsy done following an abnormal pap, which is supposed to cause normal brown spotting. However, I ran back to the GYN 4 days later after realizing the blood had not subsided and was slightly heavier, coming out in sporadic gushes and transitioning from bright red and brownish. During my 2nd visit, the doc said my bleeding was completely UNRELATED to the biopsy, and was coming from my UTERUS. She performed a transl sonogram and said my uterus appeared THICK, suggesting I was pregnant. Problem is, it was only 10 days after and too early to test positive. It is now 3 days later and im bloated, gy, and nauseous! The bleeding is beginning to subside, but I am left here with two weeks to spare, wondering if I am pregnant or is something else wrong!
