First of all, August 2010??? You have so long to start this process. In the meantime, the best way to get prices is to contact the place and speak to someone. Because your date is so far off, they may not be able to help you just yet. You may have to wait until later this year, to get accurate pricing because some places are subject to have rate increases (or maybe not even have their rates for that time) and it would come back to bite you a little later. I would suggest waiting until about June of this year (that still gives you just over a year which is more than enough time to plan a wedding) to start your planning.
