I'm also having problems with my technika wireless mouse. My instructions are in Czech?

All I can understand is that I have to go into my control panels and do something for the mouse to start working, but I don't know what to do. Batteries are in, the transmitter is plugged into the usb port, I pressed the little on on the mouse transmitter to tune in the frequency, but still nothing.
