Does anyone know where to find this coin set?

I am looking for the 2006 Indianapolis Colts coin set. I think its either their division championship or their superbowl championship. My fiance said that it has 24 coins. The 11 offensive starters and the 11 defensive starters. One something coach coin and one Tony coin. I'm pretty sure that's whats on them. Thank you all this is going to be his birthday or Christmas present if you find them.
