Anybody know a free or cheap way to travel from Guadalajara (Mexico) to Vancouver (Canada)?

I really want to make this trip, just for 5 days, to Vancouver, because I want to visit the CW studios and hopefully learn what I need to study to work in there, that's what I want to do when I get out of college, work in the CW or something like that in Vancouver, but the flight is very expensive, and I would have to pay too the hotel, the food and other things, so if you please know any way I can get a buddy p or something (or any info about working in the CW) I will really appreciate if you share it with me, thanks!
