Friend and her boyfriend moving too way fast. Concerned friends. Please help!?

My friend is 17 and her boyfriend is 19. They have been going out for 2 weeks. He has taken her to dinner, bought her flowers, teddies and even a necklace. The scary thing is that he has now booked flights for the two of them to Italy for his birthday in January. He has already told her that he loves her. She has met his family. She has only told her mother about their relationship. She has stayed in his house but thankfully hasn't slept with him. My friends and I are very concerned. It's just not right. He is unemployed so I don't know where he's getting all the money from. She is infatuated with him but I think it's more for the attention she is receiving over anything else.We have no idea what to do. She didn't like him before but recently I've felt that she has been craving attention. Please help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
