Is giuliani a 9/11 fraud who is exploiting that day for political gain?

Yes! I have always thought he took advantage of 9/11. He did absolutely nothing & did the same thing any other mayor wouldve done. He was just in office (to his advantage) which ridiculously made him 'the country's mayor'. Blah! Overrated!!!
