Looking for certain music...?

I'm looking for songs of a particular genre and don't really know where to go. I love when rap and orchestra join together. I loved 50 Cent's Vitamin Water commercial where the orchestra did In da Club and Pharoahe Monch's Simon Says (but way too much cursing for my taste). Anyone know of good songs that have the rap beat but the instruments behind it? I'm music illiterate and don't know where to begin! Thanks!
