Should I hang out with him?

This guy keeps asking to hang out, and I'm not sure if I should. Reason being, we have the most boring conversations. He's known me for a year and he always gives me this weird vibe, like I can't trust him, mostly because I know he always hooks up with random girls, and I don't want to be just another "random girl", I mean, I don't want to be his anything really. His personality kind of sucks but part of me is like, what the hell, maybe I should give him a chance, even though it will probably go nowhere. What do you think?
