Somebody explain this stupid biology question about RNA and tRNA to me PLEASE?

Actually, I think the answer is UAG. The mutated template DNA would be TAG (going backwards from UUC (RNA) becomes AAG, but the first one is mutated to TAG). This gets transcribed to AUC. The anti codon is therefore UAG.
