Why is ual preference being considered a civil matter?

How a person chooses to have , and whom they choose to have with, in what kinds of positions, or places is too much information! I, we don't care. So, don't try and make it a civil rights issue, because its not! Just because your system sends more and more black strong healthy men to prison, where aids is running rapid; doesent force us to see it as such either. God, the almighty comes first in the black Hebrew community, not ual choice, or preference; Granted there are a few lost black souls amongst us. Pro 8 should have cleared up any misunderstandings on this in the black communitys of California, voting 70% yes for the proposition. And yet white people in general seem to be confused on the issues. As a people of color, we know and understand what raceism really is. And it isent about uality, or ual preference. White s cant even beging to grasp the hurt, pain, and uglyness the white race has thrown down upon the necks of black america. Iknow your tired of hearing about it, and want a new fight, but the **** keeps happening. A black shot here 50 times by the police, for reaching for his wallet. A nother drugged by a truck, to pieces, because of the color of his skin. And I'm sure theres many, many more to come. I mean damn! This is the 21st century, when will you people start acting like your human? (White America) And then may be, we can move on, to the things that really dont matter to the majority of the people in this country, both black, white, Asian, and hispanic cultures; on the whole.
