Boy trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

so theres this boy i like. weve been friends for over a year, and he told one of his friends that he likes me and his friend told my bestfriend that he likes me so she told me. But now that he likes me and i know, ive been noticing that he stares at me...ALOT!!! were not in the same cles at school but i see him in between 8 out of 9 cles a day and everytime i turn around hes waliking by me and starring. and in the morning when were watiting to be allowed to go to homeroom, he stares at me and sit the oppisite of me to stare at me better i geuss....and hes like 1 table over. does this mean he likes me???? my other friend asked him if he likes me and he said yes, she asked him to ask me out, he said no only because he wants to focus on hockey :/.....but i feel like that he just doesnt ant to ask me out!!!! can anyone help me????
