he probably thinks your really hot if he cant look you in the eyes so much so it intimidates him, just find a moment when he is alone call his name and say hi that is all you have to do it should break the ice good not right away but soon after ask him to do something outside of school like go see a movie it sounds like this guy is into you but scared of you cause he thinks your too good for him
