I'm 14 and my step sister is 8...now sharing a room?

I was an only child, so I would have KILLED to have a sister to share a room with. Sure, you need your space, and with blending families there could be some resentment, but think about lying in bed at night and having somebody to talk to about girl stuff. Somebody younger who might look up to you if you give her a chance. You can find privacy someplace else when you need it.
