Windows is not loading?

Well, it all started like this: my computer suddenly became very slow. I decided to reboot my pc. Then, when it came to THE loading screen (that one with the blue scrolling bars) my pc suddenly rebooted. Then THE Same kept happening, reboot, loadingscreen, reboot etc. After somewhile after this, instead of rebooting, it kept loading and loading. Do THE blue scrolling bar was just endlesly scrolling. I've performer � chkdsk , but that came to 35% and said something that some parts could not be repaired. In the end nothing changed. I typed this on an iPhone so sorry for THE typos. Btw, safe mode doesnt work either. Specs: intelcore 2 duo 2.4ghz, radeon hd4650, 2gigs of ram. Please help me.
